Conference secretariat and registration desk

 The registration and information desk is located in IMEC’s main entrance hall and will be staffed during sessions and breaks.

Opening hours of the registration desk:

Monday, September 10 from 07:30 till 19:00
Tuesday, September 11 from 08:00 till 17:00

Presentations

Please hand in your presentation at the registration desk 2 hours before your session starts.

Message board

A message board will be available near the registration desk.  You can leave and pick up (personal) messages there.

Locations

Plenary sessions take place in the IMEC Auditorium
Lunches and coffee breaks take place in the entrance hall
Poster session and beer tasting reception take place in the entrance hall
